Well brew fans, we've got a bit of a surprise for you this week! Due to
a conflict in scheduling with Moonlight Brewing, who was supposed to be
our guest this week, but has been rescheduled, we are pleased to bring
back Jamil Zainashef, one of the most award winning homebrewers on the
planet. Jamil will be joining us in the studio this week, hopefully
with some of his incredible homebrew, and we will be discussing his
entire fermentation process. So get your fermentation questions ready,
and he can answer all of them, and join us Sunday at 5 p.m. Pacific
time for another great Brewcast. Oh, there will probably be some
laughter in there somewhere too...even if it's just at how brew-stupid
Brewcaster Justin can be.
