Hey everybody, I brewed my first batch of beer from a kit a few weeks
ago - it came out fine. Then I tried using hops 'n' malt, and my
"beer" was horribly thin, cloudy with absolutely no head, and it
didn't taste alcoholic. I thought perhaps I hadn't boiled the mix for
long enough?
Is it safe to boil up two loads, and then mix them in a fermenter, or
is that asking for trouble?
