Here is my entry for PITFALLS TO AVOID, or, something dumb I did that I
hope you shall not do.
IF you notice that there are no bubbles coming through an airlock over a
fermenter of wort that was highly active just a few hours before...
DO NOT put your face very close to the opening of the airlock, and prod
it to determine if it has become clogged!!!!
