Tonight, after an evening spent at "family night" at the County Fair,
rollicking good fun with our 3-year-old (what makes it family night I
have yet to figure out, though), a hasty dinner thrown together and a
light white wine opened:
2006 A&M Quenard Vin de Savoie 'Les Abymes'
nose: minerals, herbs, apples?
palate: light, pears, stones, limes
This wine was purchased at Kermit Lynch's store back when I was in
California and proved to be a very refre****ng summer white.
Surprisingly, though, it didn't lack in complexity and proved to be
quite interesting.
