Been a lot in the press of late concerning the tendency for pubs to push
the 
large glass, i.e. 250ml. a third of a bottle! Certainly the habit in the
UK, 
seems to be veering to big gl*****.

At my local gastropub, it is quite disconcerting to see young people, 
knocking back 250's of the house merlot with gay abandon at 1800hr after 
work.
