Well, I'm getting ready to fry a turkey in my 'turkey fryer' (aka 'beer
kettle'). Since that's what it was given to be for as a gift some years
ago, I'd have a hard time explaining to SHMBO that I need to get another
one if she wants fried turkey. Nahhhh. The smartest thing is to just
fry the turkey and then use a lot of elbow grease to clean it out well.
