I am looking for techniques used brewing with Conical Fermenters.
I have some people boil and load up the conical and do their primary and
secondary in the conical, No sparging, just ma****ng out on occassion.
Others have indicayed they brew as usual, ie boil, lauter, sparge primary
and then finish in the conical.
Is there any good books on brewing with a conical?
