   A correction here.  A "zapap" is not a rolled mesh tube,
but a lauter tun constructed of nested plastic buckets, with
the inner bucket having lots of holes drilled or melted into
it. It was popularized in Papazian's seminal homebrew book
(reverse the first five letters of his name).
   FWIW my first system included a zapap lauter tun.  I still
have and use it for batches of small beers, with the addition
of a grain bag for better filtering.
