Thanks for the correction, Joel.  I'm not going to blame someone else 
for feeding me bad info at some time in the past because it's just as 
likely that my aging feeble mind just had a brain-fart.  Sorry about 
that.  And 'yes', I do recall reading a description of that sort of a 
lauter tun, so I don't know how I screwed that up.
