For those of you who use corny kegs & CO2 instead of bottles, what do
you find to be the best charging pressure and delivery pressure? I've
been experimenting and after charging at 20psi for a few days (including
occasional rocking the keg to encourage carbonation) and dropping to
10psi (or less) for delivery I seem to be getting pretty decent results
- good flow, nice head and no excessive foaming. Just wondering what
others use.
