Recirculating wort chiller?

Has anyone seen any good designs for a chiller/prechiller using a pump
(small fountain one, for instance) that recirculates the water between
two ice baths with your plate, immersion or counter flow? Conserving
water is critical here in Charlotte and I have an extra chest freezer
to make the ice. Water temp necessitates the prechiller. Thanks, Dan
