Is my fermenting bucket "clean"?

After years of carboys I just switched to a bucket for fermentation.
The first batch turned out great.  Right after racking that batch out,
I cleaned the bucket the following way:

1. Rinse out loose crud
2. Use soapy water (dish soap) and a soft cloth to wipe away all
visible soil
3. Soak (full) with PBW for a few hours
4. Rinse

The bucket looks clean... but has a smell like beer or wort or hops or
something, and this bothers/scares me.  It's 4 days since I cleaned
it.

All you bucket users: do your buckets smell even after cleaning?  If
not, how do you clean them?  I'm hesitant to use bleach for fear some
chlorine will somehow make it into the beer even after rinsing/
santizing--should I be?

BTW my bucket is one of the clearish (nice feature) "cellar pro"
versions like this one, hence a little different from the usual
